Repair or replace? An honest answer
If the damage is local and the rest of the roof is sound, repair it. If rust shows up across many sheets, leaks keep moving, or the battens are failing, more repairs just delay the bill. We'll show you photos from the roof and tell you which one you're looking at. You can also try our repair, restore or replace check.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my roof only leak in heavy rain or wind?
Wind-driven rain gets pushed up under laps and flashings that cope fine in a light shower. It's common with low-pitch roofs and old flashings. We check where the water is actually getting in, which often isn't directly above the stain.
Do you repair tiled roofs?
We specialise in metal. For small tile repairs we can advise, and if your tiles are near the end of their life, see tile to metal conversion.
